New Product Designer Heena Joins The Team

JMDA Design are delighted to welcome Heena Rai who joins the team as a new Product Designer. Heena will support JMDA as they continue to expand their global dominance in the child restraint system (CRS) industry.

Heena, who joins JMDA Design at their headquarters in Pershore, Worcestershire has a detailed knowledge of baby and nursery products having previously worked as a Brand Designer at Kiddicare where she identified new design opportunities for baby and nursery products. After a number of years working in Hong Kong with VTech, Heena is excited to be relocating back to the UK and beginning her career with JMDA, bringing with her skills in user focused design, design for manufacture and design for assembly.

Talking of her new role at JMDA, Heena explains, ‘I am extremely excited to begin my role as Product Designer at JMDA. I’m looking forward to working with clients to develop innovative child restraint systems and to research styling trends, fabrics and colours to make stylish and fresh car seat designs’. She adds, ‘The team have been really welcoming and supportive. I’m looking forward to sharing my knowledge of industrial design technology, 3D branding and 3D modelling using Rhino’.
