JMDA Hold Pudsey’s Picnic For BBC Children In Need

JMDA Design staff jumped at the opportunity to raise money in support of BBC Children in Need this year by holding their very own Pudsey’s picnic!

Never ones to pass on an occasion to raise money for charity, have a bit of fun and indulge in tasty treats, JMDA Design raised £150 for Children In Need this year through their Pudsey’s Picnic event held at the company’s headquarters in Worcestershire UK. Bringing with them to the office homemade cakes, sandwiches and party food, the team spent their lunch break picnicking together with their childhood bears!

Christina Darling, Marketing Manager at JMDA explains ‘JMDA are always keen to show their support for local and national charities; over the years we’ve participated in a number of different events all in the name of charity! She adds ‘In paying homage to the beloved Pudsey through our fun Pudsey’s Picnic event, the team raised a fantastic £150 which has been donated to BBC Children in Need, supporting the phenomenal work they do to improve the lives of young and disadvantaged children throughout the UK.’

BBC Children in Need’s vision is that every child in the UK has a safe, happy and secure childhood and the chance to reach their potential. Through fundraising and charitable donations, Children in Need are able to provide essential grants to over 2,400 projects throughout the UK which focus on improving the lives of disadvantaged children and young people; those experiencing poverty and deprivation, abuse or neglect.
