United Team At JMDA Challenge Day

JMDA Design had a fun, action packed day at Action Adventures in Cradley, Worcestershire last month with team building activities to challenge both body and mind.

Split into three teams, there was rocket building, archery and quad biking, and everyone embraced the challenges set by Action Adventures. There was certainly competition between the teams as designers fought to build the best water rocket capable of keeping a fresh egg safe and undamaged. The shining star of the archery competition was Chris Carter, Senior Designer who was delighted with his trophy!

Fun on the quad bikes was followed by rubber duck shooting, and a BBQ concluded the team building day. Design Engineer Helena Lewis organised the day and says “I was so pleased how the day went, it had the desired effect – bringing the team together in fun way. We work very closely on design projects so having some time to get to know each other outside the office was really worthwhile.”
